Four areas of work and one method. Interiors and building are drawn by the same team, in five stages, to a fixed fee agreed before we start.

Interior architecture

The core of the practice. Spatial planning, joinery, lighting and material schedules, drawn to construction detail and supervised weekly on site.

Houses & residential

New-build houses, apartments and extensions, taken from feasibility and permit through to handover, including landscape where it touches the building.

Cafés, retail, offices and galleries. Commercial constraints are taken as design input: service axis, turnover, acoustics, wear.

Protected buildings, structural openings and exterior work. Existing fabric is surveyed before anything is proposed, and new work is kept legible.

Survey

A week on site measuring, photographing and recording light through the day. Existing drawings verified or redrawn.

Weeks 1—2

Concept

Plan options, physical models at 1:20, and a material direction. One review, then one revision.

Weeks 3—6

Permit

Submission drawings, structural and services coordination, heritage consent where required.

Weeks 7—14

Construction drawings

Full detail package issued directly to makers and contractors, drawn 1:20 to 1:1.

Weeks 15—24

Site

Weekly attendance by the partner responsible, snagging, and handover with an as-built set.
