03 — Method

Every project starts with a survey: light, proportion, structure, services, acoustics. What we add is measured against what is already there.

Interior architecture and building work are handled by the same team. We draw joinery at 1:1 and site plans at 1:500 in the same week, and we issue both directly to the makers and contractors we work with. Materials are specified to age: untreated timber, lime plaster, solid stone, oiled and blackened steel.

Spatial planning, joinery, lighting and material schedules, drawn to construction detail and supervised on site.

New-build houses, apartments and extensions, from feasibility and permit through to handover.

Cafés, retail, offices and galleries, including fit-out coordination and acoustic design.

Renovation & reuse

Protected buildings, structural openings and exterior work, including survey and heritage consent.
